Bidding will begin at 9am on October 31 and end at 9pm on November 6.
On October 15, you can also purchase tickets for the Mystery Raffle (package #10), Oyster & Pearl Raffle (package #11), and play our Pearl Guessing Game (package #12). As well, you can make a Fund of Hope donation for cancer research or a general donation.
The safety of our guests, sponsors, donors, volunteers, cancer survivors, and staff is always our top priority. As the result of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, and the increasing threat of the Delta variant in Sedgwick County, we have made the difficult decision to move the 2021 Cattle Baron's Ball to an "At Home" event.
We are looking forward to presenting you with an entertaining, mission-filled "At Home" program. It will begin at 6:45pm on Saturday, November 6 with a livestream event for you to enjoy in your own home. Lisa Teachman of KSN will emcee the program. The program will stream live here, on our auction website, and also on YouTube and Facebook (links to follow shortly).
Any questions, please contact Sarah Vincze at firstname.lastname@example.org or (316) 616-6512.
Thank you to our 2021 Presenting Sponsor, Ascension Via Christi and our Event Chairs, Drs. David & Caryn Bryant. Ascension Via Christi partners with the American Cancer Society in many different ways throughout the year with events, health initiatives, cancer control, and mission delivery, to fight cancer from every angle. Since 1991, the cancer death rate has declined by 31%, averting more than 3.2 million deaths in the United States. Partnerships such as this make this possible.
Thank you also to our amazing 2021 Cattle Baron's Ball Committee:
Event Chairs: Drs. David & Caryn Bryant
Committee: Donata Ball, Angela Daniels, Robin Fertner, Mary Joerg, Maureen Youngmeyer May, Phillip May, Susan Perkins, Lisa Racunas, Steve Schaumburg, Jerry Siever, and Aaron Warner
For more than 100 years, The American Cancer Society has been leading the fight to end cancer. With your support, we have helped usher in an era where more people survive cancer than ever before. By translating our research findings into action, we've seen a 20% decline in US cancer death rates since the early 1990s.
